The Free Range School is a very special sort of school, and finding the right look for their website was pivotal in communicating their unique offerings.
Known as an "unschool," The Free Range School has an imaginative, outdoors-based approach. We consulted them on branding, and built this website to reflect the founder's vision of a "dreamy, backwoods magical" online home, meant to inspire and engage the visitor.
With soft, ethereal design elements, simple navigation and stunning images of the Pacific Northwest and the California Redwoods, The Free Range School now has a glowing website to support its worthy community endeavors.
For the back-end management system (CMS) we utilized Wordpress. The home-page is a custom-designed blog that is built to sustain many years of use. When you visit the site, be sure to scroll down to glimpse an uplifting surprise.
